Shipping options and timelines can vary by listing, but our standards stay the same: secure packaging, clear tracking, and quick issue resolution.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders and made-to-order items will show an estimated ship date on the listing.
Shipping methods & tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your label is created. Carrier options and rates are shown at checkout (or on the listing for marketplace items).
Packaging standards
We use protective materials to help prevent corner crush, blister damage, and paint rub. High-value items may ship double-boxed.
International shipping
If available for your order, international rates and delivery estimates will appear at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Some listings allow returns for unopened items in original condition. If a listing is marked final sale, it may not be eligible. Check the listing details and contact us if you’re unsure.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the item. We’ll work with you on the next steps (replacement, return, or refund as applicable).
What if I received the wrong item?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll help coordinate a return label and get the correct item shipped if available.
How do I start a return?
Use the order confirmation email or your account order history to contact support. Include your order number and the reason for the return so we can respond quickly.
When will I get my refund?
Once the return is received and inspected (or the issue is confirmed), refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
